Profile: Granite Oaks, one of the premier Williamson Valley Area master planned neighborhoods, just outside of Prescott, Arizona; is an exemplary portrayal of casual, exclusive western living. Technically in the Chino Valley School District, most Granite Oaks residents send their children to Prescott for school. Fire Protection is provided by the Central Yavapai Fire District.
Granite Oaks spans nearly 640 acres and is surrounded by Arizona State Land on three sides (To the West, North & East). Granite Oaks Estates and Royal Oaks subdivisions are to the south.
Pricing: Homes range in price from the $300,000’s to a Million Dollar Plus. Lots are priced from the high $100,000’s to low $400,000’s.
Location: Approximately 12 miles northwest from the Yavapai County Courtyard Square in the center of Prescott. With quick access to Pioneer Parkway & Outer Loop Road – exit out of town is readily at hand. A quick drive to town brings a multitude of shopping, service and entertainment options.
