Profile: A Serene, gated community of 216 single level cottage style homes that straddle a broad ridge in the master planned community of Prescott Lakes. Home Owner Association: Governed by a Home Owners Association, fees include Prescott Lakes master fees, membership in the athletic club, gate maintenance and common area upkeep.

Pricing: All homes available are resale homes. Depending on size, lot location, view, features, floor plans and other conditions, market asking prices are currently in the high $100,000 to mid $200,000 range.
