Profile:  The gated adult community of The Gardens at Willow Creek consists of 105 single family, singel level craftsman style homes. The Courtyards at The Gardens consists of 56 townhomes. The neighborhood features tree lined streets and sidewalks. The Community amenties include a Clubhouse with greatroom, kitchen, billiards room, craft room and media room. There is also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The Gardens: These single family homes were constructed between 1999 and 2004. Multiple floor plans range in size from approximately 1100 to 1850 square feet with two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and  two car garages.  Most homes feature a fireplace, laundry room, fenced back yard and covered patios. Individual taste dictates the finishes and options in each home.

The Courtyards: These patio style townhomes were also constructed by Malouff and Co. between 2000 and 2005. Multiple floor plans range in size from approximately 1050 to 1650 square feet with two to three bedrooms, 1.75 bathrooms and  two car garages.  Most homes feature a fireplace, laundry room, fenced back yard, covered patio and front courtyards. Individual taste dictates the finishes and options in each home.

Home Owner Association: Governed by a Home Owners Association, fees include gate, clubhouse and pool maintenance as well as common area upkeep. The fees currently are $75 per month. Transfer fees and capital assessments do apply at purchase.

Pricing: All homes available are resale homes. Depending on size, lot location, view, features, floor plans and other conditions, market asking prices for the Gardens are currently in the mid $100,000 to upper $200,000 range. The Courtyards are priced in the mid $100,000's.
